Trust

Intercultural dialogue is inevitable in cross-cultural collaboration. The question is how to use it strategically — intentionally rather than reactively. Dialogue is an active practice that creates a space for openness, respect and curiosity — allowing different perspectives to be heard and trust to grow.

Intercultural Competence

Navigating cultural difference requires stepping out of your own cultural customs — creating opportunities to learn other perspectives and foster understanding. Cultural literacy is a skill that can be learned through practice.
